We offer four packages — Sip Solo, Satellite Mini, Satellite, and The Trailer — each providing a fully equipped, stylish bar experience complete with bartenders, mixers, garnishes, drinkware, and everything needed for a seamless event. Alcohol is not included but we provide a custom shopping list tailored to your event.

Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, Sip Spot is ready to elevate it.

We serve all of South Florida — from the Florida Keys to West Palm Beach, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Events outside our standard service area may be accommodated for an additional travel fee. Contact us to discuss your location.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH/bank transfer, cash, and check for your convenience.

If you need to cancel your booking please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will require full payment. We are happy to work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Absolutely! Every package includes a fully customized drink menu tailored to your event's theme and your guests' preferences. We'll work with you on signature cocktail ideas, menu design, and recommendations to make sure every detail is perfect.

As a dry hire service, you supply the alcohol. We take care of everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, and the full bar setup. We also provide a detailed custom shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase and in what quantities.

Yes, we love themed events! Share your vision with us and we'll coordinate the bar setup and menu to match your theme. Additional fees may apply for custom décor requests.

Absolutely! We're happy to create a selection of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for your event so every guest feels included and taken care of.

Yes, Sip Spot carries both general liability and liquor liability insurance for your peace of mind and to meet most venue requirements. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance we can provide that upon request.

Yes! We're available for multi-day bookings and consecutive events. Contact us for a customized quote and we'll make it work.

No problem at all. We can accommodate extra bartenders for larger guest counts and extend service hours as needed. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust your quote accordingly.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. For weddings and larger celebrations 3–6 months ahead is ideal. South Florida's peak event season runs October through May so dates fill up fast during that time.
